TERMS & CONDITIONS

Recovery clearance is determined by the Ministry of Health according to clinical protocols. 
This is typically expected within 10 days of your positive test result, i.e. 5 nights after the initial 5-night booking. 

*Initial 5 night booking is non-refundable. Additional nights will be offered at an isolation rate. 

Bookings of five nights or more will be given priority for isolation rooms.

Your wellness will be monitored daily by the Ministry of Health until you have recovered from the virus.
 Resort isolation is only available to guests deemed well enough to self-isolate by the health authorities, 
based on their health assessment following a positive test result.

Isolation guests will not be permitted to leave their suite and will be monitored by resort security.
